Meet New Student Shea Kersh:
Shea's a new MDiv student and is living at Leibrock. He was born in Mississippi but grew up amongst the tumble weeds, dust storms and very very flat land of Midland, Texas. His dad was Catholic and his mom was a member of an A.M.E. church so they naturally raised their children in the Disciples of Christ denomination. After his freshman year of high school he moved from West Texas to the Metroplex and he has lived here since. Though he has a History degree from The University of Texas at Arlington, Shea had many majors and perhaps studied more things than he actually learned.

Student Association supports Brite’s community and spiritual life through various programs and activities:

- Tuesday Community Conversation
Community Conversations occur every Tuesday. Each Tuesday we join together for a common meal and to discuss various topics. Sometimes we chat with each other and other times we listen to a guest lecturer. Come and get to know your fellow students!

- Daily Prayer
The daily prayer services are short prayer services led by students. They occur Tuesdays through Fridays when school is in session in Carr Chapel. Feel free to take part in either service!

- 7:30-7:45am: Daily Morning Prayer
- 3:35-3:50pm: Daily Afternoon Prayer

- TCU's Inclusisive and Intercultural Services

- Intramural Athletics through TCU Recreation
A new Brite community intramural team is forming and all are invited to participate. You can be on the team or just buy a shirt in support.

- Support Wednesday Wesley Center Lunch
Come have lunch at the Wesley Foundation building every Wednesday at 12 pm. Lunch is prepared by our very own Joel and Xiomara Saucedo and cost is only $3.
