Leibrock Village is more than just a place to sleep. It is a vibrant, residential community, where Brite Divinity School students know their neighbors, plan and enjoy social events, take part in study groups, and meet interesting speakers in small, informal group settings. Opened in January, 2001, the complex is conveniently located a short walk from the Brite Divinity School academic building, the TCU library, and the rest of the TCU campus.
A total of 56 apartments are available to full-time Brite students (students enrolled for at least nine class hours). Utilities included in the housing fee are electricity, water, trash pick-up, local telephone service, cable TV, and internet access.
Each apartment is unfurnished, except for refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and mini-blinds. The living room and bedrooms are carpeted in a neutral pattern. Laundry rooms with washers and dryers are conveniently located in each building. One parking space is available per bedroom for each apartment.
