Zorina Costello has served as an associate minister, pastoral counselor, an LCPC in both private practice and public mental health, and a family counselor.

She has extensive experience in the administration of program development for pastoral care ministries in a church setting, foreign born outreach, adolescent services, and domestic violence. Zorina is an ordained clergy woman in the African Methodist Episcopal Church. Her current research interests include integrating Latina and Womanist Theology with pastoral care, and sports chaplaincy.
