J. Stanley Hagadone is Director of Admissions at Brite Divinity School. An ordained minister of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), he served as Associate Minister of First Christian Church in San Angelo and as Senior Minister of Midway Hills Christian Church in Dallas before coming to Brite in 1990. He is a charter member of Creekwood Christian Church in Flower Mound where he has served as an Elder and where he regularly teaches an adult church school class.

Stan is married to the former Kay Harper, a psychotherapist in private practice. They are the parents of two daughters-Laura, a senior at TCU, and Rachel, a senior at Coppell High School.
